“The Sparkling” entertainer Shelley Duvall kicked the bucket Thursday at her home in Blanco, Texas, her accomplice Dan Gilroy said. She was 75.

Gilroy said Duvall had been in hospice and out of commission throughout the previous few months because of difficulties from diabetes.

Goldberg said having the potential chance to work with Duvall, whom he thought about one of his venerated images, was a “major achievement.”
